- New Look's 'Kind' collection is New Look's attempt to involve more sustainability into their products in order to reduce fashion-related damage on the planet, as fashion is the 2nd most polluting industry

- they make sure hangers are reused and the broken ones are melted down to create new ones
- by 2020 they will stop sending all of their waste to landfill

- they're part of the Better Cotton Initiative which helps to make global cotton production better for the people who make it, and reduces its impact on the environment. By sourcing cotton from the BCI farmers receive training and education on how to make Better Cotton
- use organic cotton which is certified by Textile Exchange
- use recycled cotton which is certified by Textile Exchange
- are part of the Recycled Polyester commitment and Textile Exchange to help them source responsibly
- do not source their viscose from endangered forests
- recently partnered with Hospice UK to inspire people to donate pre-loved clothes (close the loop)
- are now 100% carbon neutral in their own operations
- become members of the Fashion Transparency Index, a yearly review that ranks 150 of the biggest retailers according to how much information they share on the making of their products. They aim to become part of the top 10%
